  Re: NWBrickCon 2004 Pictures

Our final day at NWBrickCon. Most of the day was open to the public, so I was quite busy running our robots. But there were some other interesting things that happened as well. The Wacky Races, a sig-fig roller coaster ride (it ended in a terrible (...) (21 years ago, 1-Nov-04, to lugnet.events.nwbrickcon, lugnet.general)

(...) Just because Peeron doesn't list them in red or white doesn't mean they haven't been released in those colors. All of the inventory lists are submitted by members of the online community, so if they've only been used in, say, Jack Stone sets, (...) (21 years ago, 1-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: Strange new part in the 4562 bonus selection.

(...) I got some in many of the boxes I bought. I also got a 2x4 brick (just one) in light orange in a few of the boxes. I had never seen this color before, and they seem to be rare, running about $0.70 each on Bricklink. Roy (21 years ago, 1-Nov-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.parts)

  Motorized Cows Redux

First of all, full props go to Erik who came up with this (URL) amazing idea>. Unfortunately his cows were a little too large for the farm I was building, so I designed a version of the cows that were a little closer to minifig scale. Info, pics, (...)   4400 Revealed! (was Spring Cleaning...)

(...) Jeramy, I saw the 4400 being put on the shelves today at Kroger. They didn't have a price for it yet but it is an old style red tub with a total of 700 pieces (400 + 300 bonus). Eric (21 years ago, 1-Nov-04, to lugnet.lego)

Re: Howto on : BFC "Hold" on 47457.dat

(...) Hummm... aside from the apparent L3Lab bug, how DO I make 47457.dat BFC compliant? I'm sure the process is more than just flipping the image around to see if any red shows up. (21 years ago, 1-Nov-04, to lugnet.cad)

Re: Sythe Space Police III Light Fighter

Actually, I was inspired to build a capital ship, which is currently in rebuild, on its third incarnation. I figured it would need fighter escort, and came up with the build, based on what I was doing at the time. The Bricirui has been on computer (...) (21 years ago, 1-Nov-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Howto on : BFC "Hold" on 47457.dat

Given that the part isn't BFC-certified (no BFC comments in the file at all), it by definition cannot contain any BFC errors. For reasons I don't understand, L3Lab is displaying it as if it were BFC-certified. I would suggest pointing out to Steffan (...) (21 years ago, 1-Nov-04, to lugnet.cad)

Anyone looking for tons of 7471 - 45 USD

I have access to quite a ton of 7471s and am willing to break them down into parts only if people want to grab a bunch of these to stock up on technic parts. BrikTrak has this sitting ~140 USD worth of parts so not a bad deal. Just buzz with (...) (21 years ago, 1-Nov-04, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
