Re: Clear line between Auctions and Trades

Todd Lehman wrote in message ... (...) his (...) Yah, I think so too - I have done this. I just thought it seemed uncouthe to copy my auction updates (which I don't post to .auction too frequently either) to .B-S-T. (...) - (...) The man's a genius! (...) (...) Yup! (...) Something like that would be wonderful. (...) Hmmm, I wonder if off-site pages would really benefit from a rigid template, because that could be left to the on-site pages for the subgroups. (It'd be nearly impossible to enforce an (...)   Re: signals / legOS internals

(...) In OSE interrupt processes (first class processes, that is why we don't call them ISR's) use OS mechanisms (usually messages) to communicate with normal processes. The OS handles all update of shared data structures (such as message queues). A (...) (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

  Re: LDAO Suggestion Mark 2

I'm gonna butt in here and say that I would prefer having actual folders to store different themes in. Say an actual folder for space, etc. I would prefer that over a flooded /models folder. Just my $.02 Ryan ***...*** REPLY SEPARATOR ***...*** (...) (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  RE: New Challenge

If no further details are provided, than this is a trivial challenge. No robot needed either. Take a dumbbell with disk weights, put it on a smooth, hard surface so that it can roll easily. Connect a winch to a Lego motor. Mount it on a base plate, (...) (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: superAUCTION 5: MIB Trades Welcome!!

  Re: Has anyone...treasury?

You know, reading this I had an idea. Someone mentioned using the 2x2 chrome dishes from aquazone (originally used as actually reflectors for the 9v lights) as treasure. But what if you stuck one of those on top of a light saber handle? It might (...) (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: signals / legOS internals

(...) An ISR can certainly modify data that is used by the executing code. For example, if it doesn't save registers that are used the interrupted code will certainly be affected. In fact, the ISR is of little use if it doesn't modify data that can (...) (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)
