(...) Hi To all of you with opinions about of military models I have uploaded two new pictures. One specially for Craig and one specially for Harvey :) (URL) Lego models is just a game don't forget that. Mattias (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: B&O V-2 Hudson Steam Engine

(...) Yes, the loco is very "clean" - it was inspired by European designs of the day (not very American looking, I agree). Right now neither tender truck has DCC. The plan is to swap out "stock" motors for DCC motors which would mean that there (...) (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: The Quasar

That's very cool. The melding of slopes in this is nice, and you've done a good job on making this believably wingless. The engine structure on the back gives a nice feel to this, and the lifting part out of the compartment is just plain brilliant. (...) (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Hallo! (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.loc.de)

Re: Glut fixes and Offscreen Rendering

Sorry for the delay, been pretty busy. (...) Not on OSX. If it opens a Window then it's not using the offscreen feature. Offscreen means no window. Other than that it's very similar to the lowercase -ms option. (...) The default in ldglite is to (...) (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

  Re: Train 4 Trainyard...

(...) For an impromptu train yard, I don't think it matters that much for the inch difference--I'll bring my large baseplates and that'll help for the track spanning the drop. Bring 3 or more if ya can :) Dave K (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: New Space MOCs

(...) Hey JHK! I don't have a lot of time left online today, so I will have to be brief. Just wanted to say I like your stuff as usual. Not a big fan of the hover-bike thing, but I do like the compartment in the rear and how it hinges open. Is that (...) (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: BIGFOOT-II

I'm not to happy about the bodypanels myself, even if I have 2x 8466, 8461 and 8458 set, all with lots of those panels. I think I just have to learn to build with them. They perform good designimprovment when used correctly, like mr Andrea Grazi has (...) (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Train 4 Trainyard...

(...) Yes they are 6 of them, how ever not all of them may make it to the show. The are also one inch too short. I'm going to try and get some strips of wood that are 1" thick to prop them up with. But if some one whats to use them it would help if (...) (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) De Bouwsteen hat nur etwa 500 Mitglieder, die aber nicht so "zu hause" sind auf the Digital Highway.   Re: A Question of Size

Tony, Thanks for the link. This is really informative. But my post was meant to refer to specifically LEGO space creations (the way 'SHIP' is a lugnet term, not an actual scifi term) - in other words, developing a vocabulary for subSHIP lego (...) (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)
