  Re: TECHNIC IS NOT DEAD!!!

Ciao Giuliano Beduglio (22 years ago, 7-Jan-03, to lugnet.loc.it)

Re: The Vegetable Fighter Project continues: Carrot-wing Fighter

LOL, Gil...I actually told Ace he should christen it the Beta Carotene a few days ago on FBTB! He said he was actually going to do it! (...) Yes, and it was very clever of him to comment on the sets as if he had never seen them before. I'll bet the dark gray spray paint was still on his fingers when he posted! Crafty Ben..... "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice...." ;-) JOHN (22 years ago, 7-Jan-03, to lugnet.trains)

  Concerning this new train poll

Mr. Larry Pieniazek, I don't appreciate you slamming and insulting each and everything I have to say. Who cares if this poll doesn't include every possible option, LUGNET is (or was) supposed to be fun! I thought we had 'discussed' this before. Now (...)   Re: New RCX sensor: Wire guidance sensor

This is beautiful! I, too, have been inspired by the cars driving around Legoland (though in California and Denmark) but my solution has been to use the light sensor on a visible track. It occures to me that it would be very easy to adapt your (...) (22 years ago, 7-Jan-03, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Question about the Future of LDraw CAD family.

<snip> (...) I found this program, a couple of hours after posting, seems too limited in its blocks availble for what we do, and as what we do is totally freeform, no pegs/holes to constrain us, overlapping a few blocks here and there (in life its (...) (22 years ago, 7-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Yesterday at the store, I could not help from buying the new adventures set 7411 Tygurah's Roar. When I opened the set, I found that the orange tiger had NO PAINT on the front of the tiger.   Re: New Poll

(...) *Ideally*, given that the gauge of the track is just under 5 studs, the correct train width would be 10 studs wide (assuming standard gauge of 4 feet 8 1/2 inches). That puts you at a scale of 1 stud = 1 foot. That makes minifigs about 5 feet (...) (22 years ago, 7-Jan-03, to lugnet.trains)
