My Seed Part MOC: Warp Generator

I couldn't participate in the previous Seed Part MOC ... I didn't own any of those pieces. I was really glad to see that the new one was one I owned! In fact, I was so glad that I went right out and built something. (: Here it is. (URL) let me know (...) (22 years ago, 2-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: New Part: x727 - Trailer 4 x 16 Ramp

(...) A problem there is that, looking at the list, many of the parts are rare or ``vintage''. For example, I've been looking at this part recently (URL) a newer version appears in set 4164 (URL) part number 3888). I've been surprised at all the (...)   Re: A few comments on decorated pieces

I have used Brasso in the past. It worked quite well on the large trans-green UFO saucer sections in the Arachnoid Star Base. The thing is, Richard is right. Brasso has its limitations. If TLG implemented better design in their decoration, we (...) (22 years ago, 2-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Adding creator and file types to L3P output

Well, I got tired of opening files with BBEdit and setting the file type to text, so I hacked (and I really mean hacked) together a little Droplet (an AppleScript application that is drag and drop aware) to convert the creator and file types to (...)   Pod just not practical? Try a Cube...

This just seemed so obvious, I had to do it :) I know it's really simple looking, but there's loads of fun customizations that can be done inside and out - I spent hours tonight dreaming up a bunch (and building many of them). Many more pics and a (...) (22 years ago, 2-Jan-03, to lugnet.space) !

Re: Fair Use vs. Infringement (was: Re: Intellectual property and the Internet)

(...) Actually, any creative endeavor is automatically protected by copyright law, regardless of whether or not the creator actually places a copyright symbol there. That, and the more proactive step of actually paying the fee and _applying_ for an (...) (22 years ago, 2-Jan-03, to lugnet.market.auction, lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.de)

Re: New LEGO Star Wars Sets... (wishful thinking)

What about a $30-35 set from the cloning planet (I forget the name) with some new figs, probably variations of the Life on Mars aliens for the cloners and a bunch of Jango clones. Then perhaps a landing pad, with a Jango vs Obi Wan playset. Then (...) (22 years ago, 2-Jan-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: My New Website

(...) Yep, comments are rare in castle these days *sigh*. I'm not exactly sure what the deal with castle world is right now, and I guess it's the lack of activity there that kind of stymied most of the posting in this group. (Go to Isle of Mist, and (...)   Re: A few comments on decorated pieces

(...) On trans-elements, use of Brasso leaves the element slightly cloudy. On those printed 2x2 slopes, printing gets into the crevice running along the sides of the element and is not at all easy to get off even using Brasso. -- Hop-Frog (22 years ago, 2-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)
