Re: Harry Potter LEGO- what happened?

(...) Well, actually, that's not really the secret ending. Won't say any more. Finish the books, and you'll see what I mean. (...) Yep, it'll be different. But maybe it won't be juniorized. (nah) (24 years ago, 6-Dec-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.year.2002)

Re: 25 new sets added to peeron.com inventories

(...) nod, that list is getting long... we do plan to add the theme info to it, as well as an advanced search function... (...) I do scan the newsgroup, but all sets only with permission... I'll try and add your inventory soon :) (24 years ago, 6-Dec-00, to lugnet.db.inv)

(...) and about a dozen battle droid sets yesterday @ 4 in the afternoon. Alas no TIEs or Shuttles though. The Droid Escapes and battledroid sets were up on a top shelf, not easy to spot. travis (24 years ago, 6-Dec-00, to lugnet.loc.us.wi)

Re: Can ebay feedback get worse than this:

(...) I think ebay has a limit of -4 before a user is NaRUed. In the past, I have dealt with 2 LUGNET users who had similar feedback levels - and had no problems (However, I was a little more cautious than usual). I suppose, I know I should give (...)   Re: 25 new sets added to peeron.com inventories

(...) One comment to the list of inventoried sets: Could you show which theme a set belongs to? You already show this information, but in the 300-item-long list you only show the set number and name. A tree-like view (like the set guide on lugnet) (...) (24 years ago, 6-Dec-00, to lugnet.db.inv)

Re: Can ebay feedback get worse than this:

(...) I'll go with yes, it could be worse. :-) It could be in English so more people could see how badly this user got lambasted, or there could be more of it than 6 entries. But thematically, I have to agree with you, it's pretty bad. ++Lar (24 years ago, 6-Dec-00, to lugnet.market.auction)

  Re: Re-release of classical sets?

(...) The last I heard was no, LEGO will not re-release any sets. Mind you, I do not remember the source of that so at best it is a rumour and at worst it is true. :-( Sorry, Jude (24 years ago, 6-Dec-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: License - again

  3x2 grey plate

Is it me or are grey 3x2 plates thin on the ground? Searched frantically for four last night (part of the forklift which we're rebuilding) ended up using black ones instead. BTW - forklift wheel I was missing eventually turned up :))) Ronan (24 years ago, 6-Dec-00, to lugnet.loc.ie)

Re: Which $20 LoM mech should I buy?
