  Re: Mew stuff on Khamsin.com

(...) the (...) Agreed, I will be going through the site and reseting all the type to something less annoying. I like Impact, I was going for that modern spacy look, but it just comes out crummy. Thanks for the comments though. GREG (26 years ago, 12-Aug-00, to lugnet.space)

  Start a Mailing List?

I think it is a good idea to have a private club email list. The main use would be to post instructions to your home, privately instead of publicly on org.us.gardenslug. Think of sensitive information like "I'm out of town these weekends... Here's (...) (26 years ago, 12-Aug-00, to lugnet.org.us.gardenslug)

  Re: REPLYTO field.

(...) Lesser of two evils: It's better for that to happen accidentally than for the reverse to happen accidentally (sending a reply to the whole list when you think you're talking to only one person)! Of course, the ultimate geek thing would be if (...) (26 years ago, 12-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: The Spamcake Diner

(...) WAMALUG train show... barely compares to yours. Pics can be found in my brickshelf gallery. I've been planning on redoing mine now that I have loads of clear thinwalls. The Spamcake Diner has given me a lot on inspiration. Thanks! What part(s) (...) (26 years ago, 12-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.trains, lugnet.publish, lugnet.build)

  Re: REPLYTO field.

(...) Another couple of reasons: If the 'Reply-To:' header is set to the list, then the probability goes way up that auto-reply handlers (i.e, "I'm on vacation" notices and so fort) will find their way to the list when they should have gone instead (...)   Re: Tiny Fleet

Re: How many used to do this when building?

  WTT Indian minifigs

I bought some rapid river villages for the burps and bricks. Is anyone interested in trading for the minifigs, horses and/or teepees?   Re: Gone with the wind

Mario, this is an AWESOME model. Very well done. The description on the web page and especially the schematic is excellent. Thanks for sharing. I noticed your color-coded connectors. On my multi-RCX model[1], I used a 2x6 plate to "gang" all the (...) (26 years ago, 12-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics)

This reply is to say that all annoying fonts have been sacked. The people in charge of fonts have been sacked. The website is under new management. They will soon be sacked. There are no more sackings. GREG (has been sacked) (26 years ago, 12-Aug-00, to lugnet.space)
