I think that LEGO should make some miniaturizations of real buildings and statues like the Liberty Statue which comes out late this year. You can get all technic parts you gonna need in order to build the ankles from current sets - if you just purchase supplementary packs you even won't have to spend much money. LEGO Technic Set 8226 "Off Roader" is a good source too. (26 years ago, 11-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)
