I think that LEGO should make some miniaturizations of real buildings and
statues like the Liberty Statue which comes out late this year. They are some
GREAT models of real buildings and statues in LEGOLANDs all over the world.
Can't we have some of them in our houses ? The Liberty Statue in LEGOLAND
has cca 8 meters. What if LEGO make it for us with 70 cm hight ? Wouldn't it be
cool ? Or if they make some REAL castles. (Maybe Windsor ?) Or the
Stonhenge or Sphinx from Egypt. I think that it would be very cool to own sets
like this even if they will be a little expansive.

I second that motion. I'd like to see more aircraft as the primary model. 5542
Black Thunder was a pleasure to build, but I'd like a bi-plane (Wright Bros.
flyer, Vickers Vimy, Red Baron) or others from aviation's golden age
(Ford Tri-motor, Gee Bee, Spirit of St. Louis, Howard Hughes' H-1).

I missed out on the 5540 Formula 1 Racer, which boasts a bi-plane as it's
alternate model, but hopefully LEGO will produce another Model Team plane in
the near future.

On the other hand, some ships would be cool too. I'd like to see a Model Team
or UCS pirate ship, or (for those of us who pine for a 398 USS Constellation),
the USS Constitution. As a Pirate fan, I'd would love to dig into a 1,500 piece
17th- or 18th- century sailing vessel.

A modern yacht would be cool too, models could be based on those ships
competing in the Americas Cup, a competition that has global appeal.

Modern cruise ships, cargo ships or tankers would make good models as well,
but may not display as well in the den, office, or living room as the classic
sailing ships.
