Mark, To answer your questions: 1) Nope, they don't fall apart at the shoulders too easily. I have problems with the feet falling off sometimes, but I haven't found a really good way of getting full posability out of the ankles any other way (and (...) Because I now sell the lego through a company ( my brother in law's one man company ! ), I don't have to pay VAT on the sets I buy in Norway, and sell to other countries.
