  next meeting - Saturday, 8 April ???

Hi, y'all, How about having another meeting on Saturday, the 8th of April? (Saturdays are the best for me. I thought that the 1st would be too soon, and I don't want to speculate on how many of us will be doing our tax forms on the 15th. ;-) Any (...)   Re: OLD doors question

(...) Did someone say CLASSIC DOORS?......... you'll be sorry you asked.... OK here's my take on them. I have about 300 of these (140 red, 120 white and 40 yellow). I also have the very earliest doors from 1957 in both red and white from a 1957 (no (...) (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: Lego Direct (was Re: Georgia LEGO Outlet is Cool!)

(...) Believe it or not, most of the stuff in the Outlet Stores walks out with non-Lugnet posting customers. The truth is that regular customers prefer the same sets we do for the same reasons. Take 100 regular customers and I bet 100 of them would (...) (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego) !

Re: Recall of 8445 Indy Storm

I meant to say "another red car." I knew about 8440, but it's getting a bit dated. Jonathan "Jonathan Wilson" <wilsonj@xoommail.com> wrote in message news:38E14623.C2005D...ail.com... (...) (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.technic)

  Checking for bowtie quads?

Do anybody know of a simple algorithm for checking if a quad is of the "bowtype" kind? I.e. a quad where two of the edges cross each other. I understand that Lars C Hassing's L3P does this check, so perhaps he can help me? Thanks in advance! Fredrik (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

How long to ship from Utah?

Hi everyone! Recently my newphew won an eBay auction for an MISB 6349, Holiday Villa. We won the auction last Sunday and the item was shipped out last week on a Tuesday (I believe via USPS). Shipping was $4+$2 insurance. Sadly, the item has yet to (...) (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.shipping)

(...) This would be perfectly on-topic for .market.theory, BTW, as long as it's about TLC and how it affects the market and vice-versa. If it gets into more screaming and name-calling and away from LEGO then it's probably better in (...) (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, lugnet.market.theory)

Re: GB#3 and the future of Jambalaya

(...) That's been my experience as well. I've only gotten two boxes, though. Actually, the box I'm sitting on[1] right now does have some interesting pieces, from a historical perspective. Not stuff I want myself, but I'm glad to have seen them in (...) (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)
