  Enhancing landing gear
 
I built a very large & detailed model of a B-1B Lancer. It comes loaded: power windows, bucket seats, AM/FM radio......just kidding. =) My problem is this: Although the landing gear can support the weight of the bomber, it is still quite fragile. (...) (26 years ago, 3-Feb-00, to lugnet.build)

I like this idea, at least you know you'll be getting some parts you can use this way. Though it's going to turn into a hodgepodge of stuff after the first few trips. I bought a generic lot on Ebay, it arrived today. BOY was it full of neat parts: All bricks and all but one white slat from the 6973 garage door.
