I'd say you have cause for complaint then, unless this is the FIRST time this seller has ever sold to Canada... check his feedbacks to see if you can spot anyone from CA and ask him what the deal is. In the US - if you take a photograph of something it is AUTOMATICALLY copyrighted, however....You cannot publish it without the permission of any people in the photo.... I am not a lawyer either - but an avid photographer... Gene. (26 years ago, 29-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)
