    New LEGO room —David Koudys
Y'know, I started the process of actually registering at Eurobricks to post stuff like this but then it hit me--what the h-e-whatevers--why am I not posting on LUGNET?? Am I contributing to the delinquency of this absolutely fantasically historical (...) (12 years ago, 30-Oct-12, to lugnet.org.ca.obb, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.storage, FTX) !

Re: New LEGO room —David Gregory
Very nice. I didn't see any pics that showed the ceiling, so I must ask, what kind of lighting do you have? I recently organized my LEGO building room. My parts bins are quite different than yours, but their placement along the perimeter of the wall (...) (12 years ago, 31-Oct-12, to lugnet.storage, FTX)

Re: New LEGO room —David Koudys
(...) The original basement room used recessed lighting. I separated the 4 POTS that are now in the LEGO room from the rest of the basement and threw a separate switch on them. At the same time I was able to add plugs along the new wall. I found a (...) (12 years ago, 31-Oct-12, to lugnet.storage, FTX)

Re: New LEGO room —Jeffrey Findley
(...) I really like the layout of the Lego room. Very well organized. One comment on flourescent lighting... I had some Lego sets on display at work many years ago. I decided to take them home when I noticed that the flourescent lighting in the (...) (12 years ago, 1-Nov-12, to lugnet.storage, FTX)

Re: New LEGO room —David Koudys
(...) My 6990 monorail was set up for may years in the basement under florescent lights. Yeah, some of the white is pretty much tan in colour now. It's very odd, though--some white pieces didn't turn colour at all, whilst some went completely tan in (...) (12 years ago, 1-Nov-12, to lugnet.storage, FTX)

Re: New LEGO room —Reinhard "Ben" Beneke
(...) Hi Dave, thanks for posting your LEGO-room here at Lugnet! I like that as a very compact storage and building room. What happens with models? All in diplay around your house? Another storage area for sets and MOCs? **** On topic of (...) (12 years ago, 10-Nov-12, to lugnet.storage, FTX)

Re: New LEGO room —David Koudys
(...) If my MOCs aren't on top of the shelving, then they're in boxes for the next show. No display room, and I realized a long time ago that they just get dusty and broken on display (especially now with a 3 yr old around) (...) It's not really a (...)          Re: New LEGO room —Jeff Van Winden
(...) Thanks for posting your Lego Room pics here, I saw the images of your under table storage carts, and i love the idea of them. I am also using Ikea's Ivar Shelving for my Lego room, but I saw this image, and I have never seen a Double wide (...) (12 years ago, 13-Nov-12, to lugnet.storage, FTX)

Re: New LEGO room —David Koudys
(...) My bess guestimate, Jeff vW has at least twice the collection I have. That's my best guess just by looking at the pics. Dave K (12 years ago, 13-Nov-12, to lugnet.storage, FTX)

Re: New LEGO room —Jeff Van Winden
(...) Unfortunatly, most of my basic brick bins are empty (at least the 2 x 4 bins as the bricks are all being used as filler under our many displays.. Jeff VW (12 years ago, 13-Nov-12, to lugnet.storage, FTX)

Re: New LEGO room —Reinhard "Ben" Beneke
(...) Hi Jeff, that are in fact two simple shelf boards connected by two hinges similar to this: (URL) So that gives a hinge connection which permits to fold the front part of the table down. (There are angle-brackets below, that keep the table in (...) (11 years ago, 27-Nov-12, to lugnet.storage, FTX)

Re: New LEGO room —Larry Pieniazek
(...) That might be just a WEE bit overorganized, that you drew elaborate diagrams ... :) (12 years ago, 1-Nov-12, to lugnet.org.ca.obb, FTX)

Re: New LEGO room —David Koudys
(...) One of the thoughts was, 'Hey, if Lar++ (1) ever visits our humble abode for a cuppa LEGO, I'd better be able to easily find what he requested or I'd look the fool!' No, seriously, it was. With that, and probably more mainly, I'm trying to (...) (12 years ago, 1-Nov-12, to lugnet.org.ca.obb, FTX)

Re: New LEGO room —Larry Pieniazek
(...) Mmmkay! If anyone ever visited my place they'd be appalled at how disorganized it is. Mostly I'm just in awe of how it's such a totally over the top use of Visio. :) (which I have used in the past for trying to decide what buildings go where) (...)           Re: New LEGO room —David Koudys
(...) I should try to find my old EverQuest Ranger Epic Quest visio I made years ago--that one was over the top...         Re: New LEGO room —David Koudys
