I called my order in on Thursday and got my discount taken then. I tried to
order online and even with my catalog code it didn't take 15% off, so I quit
and called. It is probably too new of a order special. I also have not
gotten my free gift with $75 purchase 3 times in a row. Every time I place
an order my free gift goes to backorder and when my shipment arrives the
reciept says "cancelled backorder". They didn't even ask me or refer to the
free gift on Thursday when I placed a $120 order.

| Has anyone tried ordering from s@h since the new Jan 2002 catalog came out? (For US delivery.) I just went online and tried to order $250 worth of bulk bricks and didn't see any sign of the promised discount! I bailed at that point. Is there some (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-02, to lugnet.general)
