Re: Bricks? Magazine Announcements: Charter Subscription Offer and Preview Sneak Peek

(...) I need some clarification here... From bricksmagazine.com: "CHARTER SUBSCRIBERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE GIFT!*" ... "* Free gift to be determined. Free gift is available only to charter subscribers upon renewal of their Bricks Magazine (...) (21 years ago, 17-Mar-03, to lugnet.publish)

Re: Bricks? Magazine Announcements: Charter Subscription Offer and Preview Sneak Peek

(...) Correct. (...) Frankly, we haven't quite decided yet. It really depends upon the amount of interest we see. If thousands of folks want the magazine...it'll be cheap. If hundreds want it...it'll be expensive. I don't wish to go into depth (...) (21 years ago, 17-Mar-03, to lugnet.publish)

Re: Bricks? Magazine Announcements: Charter Subscription Offer and Preview Sneak Peek

(...) I can see how some might think that. And different people's budgets are different, of course. Mine is a lot tighter than it used to be but 12 bucks doesn't seem like a lot of money to me, so I took a flyer on a charter subscription already. (I (...)   Re: Bricks? Magazine Announcements: Charter Subscription Offer and Preview Sneak Peek

(...) I agree that 12 bucks isn't much to venture, but at the same time I'm curious to see what the magazine will give me that I don't already get online for free. Thus the reason for me wanting to see the first issue. I'm hoping that it will offer (...) (21 years ago, 17-Mar-03, to lugnet.publish)

Re: Bricks? Magazine Announcements: Charter Subscription Offer and Preview Sneak Peek

Matthew, I've just printed out my order form to mail in, but I had one question. If I had previously signed up for the free first issue, does this subscription kick in after that, or will I get two of the first issue? If I'd get two, is there a way (...)   Re: Bricks? Magazine Announcements: Charter Subscription Offer and Preview Sneak Peek

(...) Hi Bruce - The free offer and the subscription are two separate offers. If you subscribe for the charter subscription, that does not affect your free sample issue. Subscribing does not put you in for two free issues. Thanks for the kind offer, (...) (21 years ago, 17-Mar-03, to lugnet.publish)

Is it ok to use the Bricks Magazine Logo to provide a link to the site from my Bricklink store? Gary (21 years ago, 17-Mar-03, to lugnet.publish)

Re: Bricks? Magazine Announcements: Charter Subscription Offer and Preview Sneak Peek

(...) Hi, Tim! I may have read your response wrong but it sounds like you misunderstood the question. Is the freebie and the first issue one and the same? We understand that they are two different offers, just want to know if both will contain (...) (21 years ago, 18-Mar-03, to lugnet.publish)

Re: Bricks? Magazine Announcements: Charter Subscription Offer and Preview Sneak Peek

(...) Hi Kirby - Thanks for clarifying the question. When you subscribe, you are paying for 6 full issues of the magazine. The free issue is not a full issue, but a smaller preview edition, with different content, designed to give you a taste of (...) (21 years ago, 18-Mar-03, to lugnet.publish)

Re: Bricks? Magazine Announcements: Charter Subscription Offer and Preview Sneak Peek

(...) I'll do you one better. I made a Bricks button for the Building Instructions Portal recently...why don't you use that? I've just uploaded it here: (URL) you'd like to use a larger image (and hey, like we're going to complain?) feel free to use (...) (21 years ago, 18-Mar-03, to lugnet.publish)

Re: Bricks? Magazine Announcements: Charter Subscription Offer and Preview Sneak Peek

(...) Yes, what about us lot? We can all still pay by PayPal in US$. Up the subscription rate to allow for postage, and we promise no bitching about not getting a free gift... Jason J Railton (21 years ago, 18-Mar-03, to lugnet.publish)
