Re: What is the best deal on Mindstorms right now?

(...) Mindstorms for $50 US! Mike, Target blowouts are just unbelievable. I wish they would enter the Canadian market and offer similar sales. <ICS> (24 years ago, 24-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Expensive Legos!!

(...) What is so hard about getting these items? If I had $135 and I wanted a carribian clipper then this place sounds better than ebay because there is no way you can be outbid at the last minute. How come people from the US have not been asking (...) (24 years ago, 25-Jan-00, to lugnet.pirates)

  8094 e pezzi strani

(24 years ago, 24-Jan-00, to lugnet.loc.it)

Can anyone explain me why?  [DAT]

As some of you may have noticed, I have had some problems making my 2951 behave. Out of frustration I made some changes to the hi-res 1-8disc.dat, and lo and behold, suddenly everything worked. Now, the weird thing is that there was nothing wrong (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jan-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Pantograph powered LEGO trains?

Has anyone built a LEGO model of a pantograph-powered train and actually powered it with overhead lines? --Ben (24 years ago, 24-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: NQC 2.1 b3 released

Will try to have linux builds/rpms up at <URL://www.mattdm.or...torms/nqc> (I'm considering setting up nqc.mattdm.org as a more easy-to-remember URL...) within the next few days. Would be right away, but I'm on vacation and away from good net (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

Re: lego 6991 MISB to trade or sale

Hi I apologize I have made some mistake in the previous message, this is the right text :) I have a 6991 monorail transport base to sell or trade.   Re: New Throwbots

(...) That's the same way I felt, but then i liked them, and then I didn't, and now I do! Get it? I'm kinda confused about it all.   Which is the best Lego Castle set ever?

Which is the best Lego castle set ever? I wonder if it is 6090 Royal Knight's Castle.... But some mid 80s to early 90s sets are very good indeed (from what I manage to appreciate in on-line catalogs). Too bad that was my Dark Age.... Regards! (24 years ago, 24-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Expensive Legos!!

(...) Seems the different stores have totally different policies regarding Legos. Sets begin at more or less similar prices in all stores, but as they become older, some lower certain prices in order to get rid of the sets. But for some reason or (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jan-00, to lugnet.pirates)

  Re: Interface B??

I believe that this is the Serial Interface for Lego that is sold through Dacta. It is expensive. I would be interested in one if there was a way to run it off of a Windows CE device. Mike Poindexter (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics)

Customs (was Re: Finally, I have a page!)

I'd like to congratulate you on your great designs, Shiri. I had just been itching to get a 2000 black castle maiden hat for one of my witch's. And I did exactly what you did with it -- I put it on a witch's torso and skirt, although I guess you (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)
