Some of my ZNAP sets had perforated bags. Most of them didn't however.
There's nothing new about non-perforated bags, though. LEGO seems to
randomly use them in some sets. In recent years I've seen about a 50/50
mix in perforated vs. nonperforated bags in the sets I've bought. (star
wars, adventurers, castle, technic, and wild west)
I always feel sorry for the minifigs who are trapped in bags without
holes... especially when a bag full of bricks in the same set is
perforated.
