Some of my ZNAP sets had perforated bags.  Most of them didn't however.

There's nothing new about non-perforated bags, though.  LEGO seems to
randomly use them in some sets.  In recent years I've seen about a 50/50
mix in perforated vs. nonperforated bags in the sets I've bought. (star
wars, adventurers, castle, technic, and wild west)

I always feel sorry for the minifigs who are trapped in bags without
holes... especially when a bag full of bricks in the same set is
perforated.
