Re: Harry Potter LEGO- what happened?

(...) Well, actually, that's not really the secret ending. Won't say any more. Finish the books, and you'll see what I mean. (...) Yep, it'll be different. But maybe it won't be juniorized. (nah) (24 years ago, 6-Dec-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.year.2002)

  Re: Is this a possibility?...

(...) That's a great idea!!!! One member of each Lego group should appoint a member to be responsible for this (Title of Position: internal and external relations officer). This concept has applications for national trading as well. I live in (...) (24 years ago, 6-Dec-00, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.year.2000, lugnet.general)

Re: Harry Potter LEGO- what happened?

Also, a main reason for the perhaps "targeted age bracket" of book>4 could have something to do with the fact there's a death of a boy, age 17, (...) Thanks for giving away the secret ending. Here I am in the middle of the third book, looking (...) (24 years ago, 6-Dec-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.year.2002)

Re: Harry Potter LEGO- what happened?

(...) Well, actually, he was 10 (turning 11) in the first book and 14 in the fourth. Also, a main reason for the perhaps "targeted age bracket" of book 4 could have something to do with the fact there's a death of a boy, age 17, at the end. It'll be (...)   Re: Go to Toys 'R' Us for 2001 Legos!

(...) TRU's all over seem to have had a strong showing so far. I know the one I've been to has all 7 new Studios sets and 7 new LOM (everything in the catalog but the biggest one.) More soon we hope.... John #388 (24 years ago, 3-Dec-00, to lugnet.year.2001)

Go to Toys 'R' Us for 2001 Legos!

I haven't actually been there yet (I plan to go tomorrow) but I called Toys R Us today and asked if they had the "Life on Mars" Lego sets (knowing that even if they did have other new ones those would be the easiest to find out about), and the clerk (...)   Re: My thoughts on the 2001 sets (Life on Mars and LEGO Studios)

(...) The grip is in the Studio sets, not the Life on Mars sets.... GDR :-) While it would have been nice if they had come up with some other way to do the Martians, I think they actually look decent. They really don't look that mechanical (any more (...)   Re: My thoughts on the 2001 sets (Life on Mars and LEGO Studios)

(...) My only grip (And it's a very small one) is that the arms and body of the aliens are robotic like and the head and legs are all soft and swishy... (...) In regards to the latter, who doesn't! Those two sets are great! Quantity time! Dean -- (...) (24 years ago, 3-Dec-00, to lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.reviews)

  Re: 2001 instruction manual marketing

In the 8448 manual, if I am not mistaken, there are 'plugs' for other models Adam "Dan Boger" <dan@peeron.com> wrote in message news:20001202143633....xif.com... (...) catalog (...) before (...) instruction (...) years (...) (24 years ago, 3-Dec-00, to lugnet.year.2001)
