Re: Differences between 483 and 920

(...) Yes, they're essentially the same. (...) Unless you have the box or the instructions, the only logical way left to determine which you've got is to figure out where it was originally bought. (...) This is why I like looking them up on LUGNET (...) (21 years ago, 10-Aug-03, to lugnet.loc.us, lugnet.space, lugnet.year.1979)

  Differences between 483 and 920

What are the differences between the sets 483 and 920??? They seem to be the same (except the serial number), but are REALLY the same?? If I don't have the instructions, but only the set, how can I find what set is? Here the links to both sets: (2 (...) (21 years ago, 10-Aug-03, to lugnet.loc.us, lugnet.space, lugnet.year.1979)

  4403 The Red Helicopter (Designer)

This is by far the best Lego model I have yet put together. I had no idea what I was getting into when I began. When I saw the instructions for the forward retractable landing gear, I said to myself, "wow, a retractable landing gear! How cool!!" (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jul-03, to lugnet.year.2003)

  Re: SAH Summer Catalog: WOW!

(...) Dunno (...) No, the catalog really says Guarded Inn was designed by a fan on p.27! I know it's not and you know it's not, but, the catalogs are edited by parents of small children who are bewildered at the variety of Lego products and say the (...)   Re: SAH Summer Catalog: WOW!

(...) Oh okay I get it. (...) LOL! I saw that the two large Technic sets (Backhoe Loader and Rescue Truck) are cheaper. Does that mean that you have to use the catalogue code to code those prices? (...) Guarded Inn is an old set which has been (...) (21 years ago, 21-Jul-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.year.2003)

  Re: SAH Summer Catalog: WOW!

(...) it's just three sets making a cameo. (...) Sometimes when I receive orders I notice that they alter the catalog a bit. For instance, the Duplo pages go in or out, or the "Save a little when you buy 5 of the little sets" page, or even whole (...) (21 years ago, 18-Jul-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.year.2003)

  Re: SAH Summer Catalog: WOW!

(...) Oh Okay! (...) Umm...that's weird. You mean they show all those sets on the cover of the magazine? (...) Well in a way I did have to wait for months. Here in Canada, we don't get Spring and Fall catalogs. We get the January, Summer and (...) (21 years ago, 18-Jul-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.year.2003)

  Re: SAH Summer Catalog: WOW!

(...) I tried to look at World City on the website, tried to show them to other people, but the pictures there are still too small. (...) You can always try! it's only on that page.   Re: SAH Summer Catalog: WOW!

(...) Dude, I don't know how much to thank you! I know all those sets are available from SAH but I just like catalogs more (I don't know why). I have a couple of questions, well only 3: 1st: Can you pre-order the 4095 Record and Play or is it just a (...) (21 years ago, 17-Jul-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.year.2003)

Re: 2003 a good year? (red steep slope corner!)

2003 a good year? (red steep slope corner!)

2003 a good year? (red steep slope corner!) I just got the Lego S@H catalog.
