  Re: 2002’s good for Castle!

(...) It is a good representation, but wouldn't you rather have a minifig head, instead of this helmet thing? Don't get me wrong, though, I see some uses for it. I just think it looks a bit absurd, as well as the frankenstein's monster hat peice (...)   Re: 2002’s good for Castle!

(...) Okay, a little follow-up: A friend showed me a pic, and the minifig head looks like a pretty good representation of the character's head. Is it a bit wide? Sure, but minifigs THEMSELVES are a bit wide. Jeff (23 years ago, 11-Feb-02, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.general, lugnet.mediawatch, lugnet.year.2002)

  Re: 2002’s good for Castle!

(...) It isn't "three times the size of his body." I'd say it is little more than 20% larger than a regular minifig head. I can't comment on how it looks compared to either the movie or the comic, since I have seen neither, nor do I plan to. (...)   Re: 2002’s good for Castle!

(...) I realize this, however TLC is responsibe for the Lego sets of the movie, therefore my complaints are directed correctly. I'm sure Sony Entertainment didn't say "Could you make Green Goblin's head three times the size of his body? Thanks." (...)   Re: New 2002 Belville Sets

(...) Vanilla, prince, one more male figure I believe that the figure that comes with this set is Elvira, not Vanilla. Princess Vanilla has brown eyes and parted lips (teeth show). Elvira is the one with blue eyes and wears blue. Looks like three of (...) (23 years ago, 11-Feb-02, to lugnet.year.2002, lugnet.belville)

  Re: 2002’s good for Castle!

(...) It does look like a separate piece from the head. Still, it could have been made a little smaller. Frank (23 years ago, 11-Feb-02, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.year.2002)

  Re: Mini-Fig Skateboards!

(...) This post popped out of the time warp... Now that we can see the pictures at FBTB, I think TLC has made a better curved ramp piece. Frank (23 years ago, 11-Feb-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.year.2002)

Re: Oooh, will you look at *this*...

(...) There's a few possibilities for what the stud is: - glued on, there were some minifigs designed to snap onto a shirt (like a 3-D emblem on a polo shirt...) which had a plastic piece with a stud glued to the back. This would be a bummer. I also (...) (23 years ago, 11-Feb-02, to lugnet.year.2002)

  Re: Mini-Fig Skateboards!

(...) Not something I'll complain about since when I first saw those Megabloks sets I wished they were LEGO... It would be nice if TLC was first with everything, but just because someone else has already done it is no reason for TLC to not do it (...)   Re: Oooh, will you look at *this*...

(...) spiderman pic makes it clearer. ...I suspect the stud is so you can stick posts to the figs (like the skateboarder) so you can freeze them in the air for stunts during movies. This will be an excellent little piece IMHO. ...Of course, the best (...) (23 years ago, 11-Feb-02, to lugnet.year.2002)
