...I concur. When I first saw the skate boarder I though it was a vest, but the
spiderman pic makes it clearer.
...I suspect the stud is so you can stick posts to the figs (like the
skateboarder) so you can freeze them in the air for stunts during movies. This
will be an excellent little piece IMHO.
...Of course, the best use for this is great little piece is so I can now add
lots of cool spacey backpacks for my BrikWars squads :-)

There's a few possibilities for what the stud is: - glued on, there were some minifigs designed to snap onto a shirt (like a 3-D emblem on a polo shirt...) which had a plastic piece with a stud glued to the back. This would be a bummer. I also (...) (23 years ago, 11-Feb-02, to lugnet.year.2002)
