Well, we did it. We moved the main portion of the (URL) Twin Cities LEGO Train Club> layout to a new location and got it all set up. Now we can concentrate on finishing it! For BrickFest I only took 15 NGLTC containers to swap with clubs we didn't have from previous swaps, but there seems to have been a greater demand than I expected for the new NGLTC "spinning" containers. So any club that did not get a new NGLTC (...) (20 years ago, 17-Aug-04, to lugnet.trains.org)

(...) I think the "fun" is the collectablilty of the containers. It's natural for the designs to change over time thus making each container a type of time capsule of the event they were swapped at.
