Re: Where did the LEGO train history pages go?

(...) And i always thinking it was due to the US safety regulations that TLC needed to change back to batteries ;) Just one remark abouth this: What with model starter trainsets like Märklin, Roco, Fleishmann, ... that are sold to kids less than 8y (...) (13 years ago, 8-Nov-11, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Problem with 7898 locomotive, turning off automatically

(...) Hi Frances, I'm almost sure that there's also a kind of protection into the AAA batterybox, similar to the one found in the motors to protect it for short cirquit/overload causing injuries. It's defenately into the rechargeble battery box. I (...) (13 years ago, 8-Nov-11, to lugnet.trains)

GETS 2011 & Red Deer shows

The web pages for NALUG's display at the 2011 Great Edmonton Train Show are now finished. This year we had many new creations based on well-known business chains, as well as a variety of other MOCs. Also back for another appearance were the High (...) (13 years ago, 5-Dec-11, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.trains, lugnet.town)

Re: The pulse is getting weak again.

(...) I've been reading .trains, and busy like a one armed paperhanger. Got back from sea ~2 weeks ago, have trains running again, I fitted my KoF with a LED light as headlight, and have to reprogram the pair of decoders for my Maresk. (...) (13 years ago, 4-Dec-11, to lugnet.trains)

Re: The pulse is getting weak again.

(...) I check Lugnet every day, but seldom post. GMLTC is pretty lousy at promoting ourselves, even though there are lots of things happening in/around/above/below our layout. We've got new trains running, a few 'in progress', and other fun stuff. (...) (13 years ago, 1-Dec-11, to lugnet.trains)

Re: The pulse is getting weak again.

(...) The sites that Tim mentions are the ones that I tend to check daily, even though I don't post often to any of them. LUGNET I check once a week or so. I'd love to see some more discussion happening on the RAILBRICKS site, but I'm biased. :-) (...) (13 years ago, 1-Dec-11, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

Re: The pulse is getting weak again.

(...) I don't notice this bias...perhaps because I like 9v. ;) The only issue I have with eurobricks traintech forum is the picture posting rules on there, and the moderators do tend to drop the hammer a little too hard sometimes, maybe that's my (...)   Re: The pulse is getting weak again.

(...) Hi Rob, There's no one central place anymore. The main areas I know of are: (URL) Eurobricks Train Tech forum>- probably the most active I'm aware of. Although the discussion and standard is often not to my taste since there's a lot of love (...) (13 years ago, 1-Dec-11, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

The pulse is getting weak again.

I thought I had a good idea of trying to breathe life back into lugnet.trains. It last a while, but seems things are going dormant again. Is there a better forum to use that we can all agree on? Merry Christmas! Rob (13 years ago, 30-Nov-11, to lugnet.trains)
