The other problem with it is that it may not work since real studs are a little taller than half a plate. The best I've come up with so far is something (...) It uses the 1x2 Technic bricks with 2-holes, the Technic Axle with stud at one end, and Technic Bushings to locate the SNOT 2x2 (...) (18 years ago, 29-Jun-06, to lugnet.trains)

But, here is another try at it: (URL) fence method probably has interference with the fact that a stud height would interfer-- it doesn't in CAD, but we remember that studs are greater than 1/2 plate thick, (...)
