For my part, doors - yes - I'd love more of them. Windows - not really.
Most of the trains I'm familiar with in real life have windows that
are very elongated - a lot longer than they are high. From my point of
view Lego train windows look silly because their proportions are wrong.
I'm much more keen on building up a collection of the old 4x1x2
classic windows to use as train windows.
But in partial answer to your original challenge - apart from the new
sets other people have mentioned, don't forget the 4559 yellow
and black train, which is still just about available, has 4 black
train windows.
