Sneak peak of the GPLR (Greater Portland LEGO Railroaders) diorama for the
Portland LEGO store. Kelly McK and I worked on this for about 8 hours over
the long Thanksgiving weekend. It is sure nice to actually get my fingers on
the brick. It is very therapeutic in that it helps refocus you on what this
hobby is all about; good building sessions and great friends.

Second the motion. Had a great time.

Very nice! As a former LIC employee, I find it interesting that they let you
use non-Lego (gasp!) wheels from BigBenBricks.com. I cant imagine the
number of people that will ask where can I buy this train?
Or, did you just sneak that past them? <grin>

No sneaking, we asked TLG, I have been told it should not be a problem. Famous
last words? I hope not.
Now, if we get lots of people asking about the wheels, thats a great problem to
have. Right, Ben? ;)
Im looking forward to getting it installed in the store. Well be sure to post
more pix after its in!
