I’ve put together a 45 passenger train compilation poster of some of my MOCs. Jeroen is graciously hosting it for download.

The poster is set to landscape orientaion of 3x2 feet at 200dpi.

Thanks for checking it-- and all the other posters-- out at:

I love it. So many beautiful MOC’s, and all on one page. They look so good against the black background too. But I definitely won’t be using the inkjet to print that. Yikes.

I did hesitate to make this poster with a black background. I had seen a large train poster with good drawings (not LEGO) that Steve Barile has. It has a black background, and I thought that it looked elegant, as if backed with black velvet fabric. So, I did go for the black background. Agreed, it is an ink-well-sink! It is also a budget-buster to get printed at 2x3 feet at Kinko’s: - US$10 per square foot: 2x3 feet = 6 square feet --> $60

I have printed it at 2x3 feet at Kinko’s on matte (roughish) paper (not glossy).

If you should like to print this poster, you may find a good option is an 11x16.5-inch print on Kinko’s Xerox DocuColor 12 color laser printer. That runs about US$3. I found the color reproduction to be better on the laser than whatever Kinko’s used for the 2x3-footer.

Thanks for putting that together and sharing all those great MOC’s James. Keep them coming. Play well.

You’re welcome. I hope the brain doesn’t run dry....

James Mathis
