It loaded fine for me here at work, but I know for a fact it won't load at
home, even though I am using Communicator 4.61 at both locations, both on
NTWS 4.0 SP4. The reason I know it won't load at home, even without
trying? Xoom.

Adding in the /_XOOM/ is part of their damn redirect, and is required on
some systems for some reason that I've never been able to figure out.
