(...) (URL) is a basic design, based on that of tom cooks, the wheel and coupler design is his, the rest is new. i still need to add a under body so the design WILL change :P the 4 door design will go as a "lego" car as for a 8 door car will go as a (...) (21 years ago, 15-Apr-03, to lugnet.trains)

(...) That looks good. The one thing that stands out is the ladder. You make an effort to recess it at the bottom, but not at the top. Did you try doing it at the top? You would have to put a tile between the roof and the ladder, so I don't know how (...) (21 years ago, 14-Apr-03, to lugnet.trains)

Hello, Last weekend, MonLUG participated in it's fourth Montreal area train show. And what a great weekend! :-) It was our best layout ever, we were as popular as ever with visitors, Jean-Marc Détraz from NovaLUG dropped by for a visit and we were (...) Gak! I don't think there are any decided 'standards' out there yet, nor even any 'recommended practices', but looking at the image, a full 9 bricks is far too high for a hi-cube car. I've seen plenty of hi-cube boxcars, both auto parts and (...) (21 years ago, 12-Apr-03, to lugnet.trains)
