The lever is black, with beveled (pointy) ends, and slides from side to
side. The two ends stick out from the sides of the motor right near the
bottom-within a brick or so of the track surface, such that the actuators on
the half-straight reverser tracks can hit them.
The battery box puts out power with constant polarity. The motor has a
single power connection, and its lever reverses the polarity to make it go
either direction. If two monorails are on the track with their battery
connections reversed, they will have opposite reactions to the reverser tracks.
