The train layout will still be in the pavilion (along with the other MOCs
form different themes). The train sessions (1 or 2 per day) will be 45min
seminars and the topics are still open. How about: advanced train building
techniques, trains electronics, formal show and tell a.k.a. tips and tricks,
a panel discussion on "best known methods" of setting up a train show.

I'm confused... wouldn't a train layout fill the whole pavilion?  That's a
awfully small venue for multiple themes.
