Jake,
I like it. Nice use of the 1x2 windows on the front, it's hard to get the
front windows right with only six studs, but those little windows seem to do
a nice job of it.
I like the gray color scheme also.

| All, After many hours and several versions, I have just posted the final prototype (read: still in the works) of a locomotive MOC on brickshelf: (URL) is still in design phase (thus the flat gray color scheme, and wrong color windows), so go easy on (...)
