I know this isn't the greatest place to post this however, I see more feedback from people here then in any of the other places within these Newsgroups. I've been pondering ways to properly bring back that wonderful (new) out of the wrapper shine on (...) (24 years ago, 4-Sep-00, to lugnet.trains)

I realize that the topic of container size has been beaten to within an inch of its life, but a wee little question popped[1] into my mind. Apparently, containers are 8' wide and so are tractor trailers. Now someone pointed out that containers are (...) (24 years ago, 4-Sep-00, to lugnet.trains)

But I've had in the back of my mind one day to try & get a railway layout happening using the old tracks, and a RCX in each engine [1], to allow multiple trains on one line, easier reversing loops, (...) Last friday I acquired a small quantity of blue train tracks. These also came with a blue battery box, 3 2x4 white bricks with a variety of train wheels attatched, and some papers. From these I've been able to re-create/sort out that there was 1 (...) (24 years ago, 4-Sep-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.general, lugnet.trains)

To bad i typed that wrong, i meant 4564, freight rail runner, doh! Also, rick, i use a mac, and am happily using track designer, same one, i just run it in virtual pc. It's great, a tad bit slow, but it's nice to be able to use the program. Braden (...) (24 years ago, 3-Sep-00, to lugnet.trains)

(...) 4558, 4547, and 4554 have been discontinued for quite a while, so chances of finding them in a store are next to zero. 4565s are still available from stores in Europe if you're desperate (Such as Hamleys & Harrods in London, or LEGOLAND (...) (24 years ago, 3-Sep-00, to lugnet.trains)
