Hi everyone, Well the trip is over for now. We're heading up to Canada next week, from Tijuana, Mexico to Prince Rupert, BC, what an opportunity to buy lego sets! I just posted some things under the LEGOLAND topics board I observed at LL Carlsbad if (...) (25 years ago, 30-Jun-99, to lugnet.trains)

James, You're a genuine Cecil B. DeMille! It's great to see your train in action. Amazing that the file size is so small. Everyone will soon put up movies instead of pics! When I look for my next camera, I'll definitely look for that feature. Good (...) (25 years ago, 30-Jun-99, to lugnet.trains)

| | Grey 6x28 wagon plates avail Sweden & Austria
|

Hi, I recently wrote to several European Lego offices looking for discontinued train parts. I have had replies from Lego Austria and Lego Sweden, they both have some 6x28 grey wagon plates. The Austrians have a price of ATS 30 (about US$2.25) and (...) (25 years ago, 30-Jun-99, to lugnet.trains)

| | 6 wheels for 9V train motor
|
|
Hi, While converting my 7755 (heavy diesel shunter) to 9V I was disappointed by the loss of the two matching 6 wheel assemblies. Then I noticed the small holes on the sides of the 9V motor, right in the middle, at the level of the other wheels. So I (...) (25 years ago, 30-Jun-99, to lugnet.trains)

It is almost not worth mentioning, but I finally bought a "Light saber Duel" so I now have 4 long gray antennas. As I suspected, the long gray antennas make much better trolley poles than the gray lances. (URL) in case anyone was curoius. Chris (25 years ago, 30-Jun-99, to lugnet.trains)

I have added a passenger car to my orange TGV. The train set now has the two engines and three passenger cars. Formerly, the train had two passenger cars. This third passenger car is a double-deck car, which I don't believe any of the orange TGVs (...) (25 years ago, 29-Jun-99, to lugnet.trains)
