  Re: The sound of train

I don't have any specifically for trains, but my crane has a two-tone warning sound - you can find the programming info at (URL) The warning sound is generated by RCX1. I'm not sure how difficult it will be to translate this into NQC, but basically (...) (24 years ago, 27-Mar-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, lugnet.trains)

  Re: The sound of train

Thanks. Could you show me legOS source? (both steam and diesel), I have no idea about music or sound. I can convert it to NQC, what I am using NQC is that I want to make all my programs that can be used both by RCX and Scout. Zhengrong (...)   Re: MOC: BR52 Steam Locomotive

(...) Hmm, good question. Actually, I don't know - I only have a couple pieces of borrowed track right now, not even enough to make a full loop. I will be able to tell you after the NELUG train show this weekend though. -s (24 years ago, 27-Mar-01, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: The sound of train

Your original post mentioned "warning or alert". Are you looking for train sounds, or warning sounds? The train sounds that Sonnich is talking about is actually the puff-puff of a steam engine, and would be very difficult to duplicate with the RCX, (...) Hey Robin! I think that the GMLTC will have to send a representative down to see your display in person-- and I nominate me! My family and I are arriving late Thursday night into Ft. Myers and I thought we'd make the drive up on Friday. We missed (...) (24 years ago, 27-Mar-01, to lugnet.trains.org)

(...) <snip> (...) Shaun, Very nice. Your attention to detail makes for a wonderful model. Nice clear photos. Question - do know if the engine can negotiate switches? The rest of the models in your gallery are also first rate. Bob (24 years ago, 26-Mar-01, to lugnet.trains)
