I guess this isn't the first tender, but of the one's pointed out (725 and 7750) it looks the best (and I don't count the battery car as a tender, it looks like a box (...) The largest LEGO train layout in Canadian history (AFAIK) at Canada's largest model train exhibit was a huge success. Overall attendance broke the previous record by over 30% - 13322 attendees. The largest "kid's play area" at a train show (I stand (...) (24 years ago, 19-Feb-01, to lugnet.org.ca.nalug, lugnet.trains, lugnet.trains.org) !

Well, we had a "blip" in the voting process but I'm satisfied that it was caused by a misunderstanding rather than an intent to cheat. Since at this point only about 40 people have voted I think once everyone who entered, and lots (I hope) of (...) (...) _modern_ US prototypes (those more recent than DOT 103 10 000 gal tank cars) don't have a separate frame. Older tank cars did have separate frames, and DOT 103's lasted until quite recently (and still do exist, just not in interchange (...) (24 years ago, 19-Feb-01, to lugnet.trains)
