Re: I´d like to see some house designs

How small? 14*6 studs? 20*30? And what do you have on the inside? Nothing? A bed, a table and a flower, computer etc.? A complete house with a kitchen, stairs, beds for all, bathroom and two toilets? I think I should build one-story houses, about (...) (25 years ago, 9-Dec-99, to lugnet.town)

Re: I´d like to see some house designs

(...) I prefer to use thin walls and make the houses small. I'd rather have a neighborhood of small houses than a few big houses. All of my buildings have three walls. Maybe someday I'll have a picture scanned. Jimmy (25 years ago, 9-Dec-99, to lugnet.town)

Re: I´d like to see some house designs

I have built a few houses with interesting roofs that fit on one baseplate. Of course, no documentation to date. If want an interesting looking house, then the roof is the key! I build all walls 1x, planning on doing exterior walls 2x in the future. (...) (25 years ago, 9-Dec-99, to lugnet.town)

Re: I´d like to see some house designs

(...) It's been years since I built a house, but they were all of the three wall variety (open back) and made of 1xN bricks. They also were exclusively two story with an interesting roof, as this was the most interesting part of the house (from the (...) (25 years ago, 9-Dec-99, to lugnet.town)

Re: I´d like to see some house designs

Tobias, Although i do not have any pictures of houses right now i can tell you some of the sizing. interior wall would be a single brick thick (asuming a typical wall). exterior could be either depending on what type of material you are looking for. (...) (25 years ago, 8-Dec-99, to lugnet.town)

I´d like to see some house designs

´My current project is a town, but I ahve one problem: I don´t know how to design the houses for my minifigs! Not offices or skyscrapers, but their homes. Do you use 3 or 4 walls in them? 1 or 2 stud thick wall? I would like to see some pictures of (...) (25 years ago, 8-Dec-99, to lugnet.town)
