  Re: AW MAN!

(...) Sigh... Why take Jack Stone to mean that its a bad thing for Town? Maybe this is actually a good thing. Many of us have taken Town Jr. to be TLC "transition" theme from Duplo to System, now Jack Stone is taking that niche. Maybe, just maybe, (...) (...) car ever seen on the web! It's so amazing ..., I am speechless! Look at all these details, even inside the car! I really would prefer that model rather than a real Excalibur! Great, I love to see more of such kind of models! Greetings from (...) (24 years ago, 20-Feb-01, to lugnet.town)

(...) Ahui, I would suggest that your friends should not have voted at all if they weren't going to look things over. Your model is good but it is far from "Most Humourous" there are other good aspects to your model but I think you would agree that (...) (24 years ago, 20-Feb-01, to lugnet.town)

Re: Town contest voting temporarily closed

Might I make several suggestions. 1) If you are concerned about multiple voting use the poll taking engine that is used by the webiste From Bricks to Bantans. They use an engine that allows only 1 vote per IP address (in essence 1 vote per person). (...) (24 years ago, 20-Feb-01, to lugnet.town)

(...) Understandably so, after all the effort you put into making this a fun oriented excercise. (...) That's really unfortunate for the people who've voted (I haven't yet voted because it's taking a long time to go through all the entries and weigh (...) (24 years ago, 20-Feb-01, to lugnet.town)

(...) <snip> (...) something that is supposed to be for fun. I myself have not voted yet. I had planned on fully looking over the entries, when I had time to do so (it's not like I let myself have a lot of time for that sort of thing). Also, for me, (...) (24 years ago, 20-Feb-01, to lugnet.town)

Re: Town contest voting temporarily closed

(...) Ugh. I spent a fair amount of time viewing all the entries and carefully making choices. Not an entirely satisfying end to such deliberation. It wouldn't be unreasonable to limit voting to the contestants, though that would mean I wouldn't get (...) (24 years ago, 20-Feb-01, to lugnet.town)

Mark: This was the car that I referred to in an earlier post. WOW, that is a great rendition of the Excaliber! Kudos to El Caracho. Tim "Mark Chan" <markhchan@home.com> wrote in message news:G91C3G.Jvo@lugnet.com... (...) walk)!!! (...) the (...) me (...) (24 years ago, 20-Feb-01, to lugnet.town)

Re: Town contest voting temporarily closed

(...) I was wondering how long this would take to happen... It is pretty sad, its one thing to vote (once) for your own creation but to intentionally sabotage a contest that is relatively meaning less. By that I mean there are no real prizes, (...) (24 years ago, 20-Feb-01, to lugnet.town)

  Town contest voting temporarily closed

We have another "spike" problem, this time even more blatant, on Ahui Herrera's A&M Train Station. Between last night and this morning, more than 30 votes were cast for this model (out of less than 40 total cast) in all the special categories. (...)
