  Super Container cranes
 
I'm working on a "Super container crane", to unload my Container ships, onto trucks, then onto a train. I'll post pictures soone, but it needs heavy modifications to get it to work well. I am planing to build 6 models, 2 for ships-trucks, 2 for (...) (24 years ago, 8-Feb-01, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.boats, lugnet.town)

  Town set with the longest production run?
 
Does anyone know what town set has has the longest production run? I was looking at a 1991 German catalog and I notied that 6386 (police station) was still available then. It was originally offered in 1986. A six year run!! -- Asher (24 years ago, 7-Feb-01, to lugnet.town)

This is the beginning of my new town, called BrickTopia. So far, it just contains the Natural History Musem, a transit terminal, a house, and train and monorail lines. OK the link is the same but the pictures came out 100% better this go around Plus I added Thumbnails to make browsing easier. I like the 4-sided building with an open-up roof because it allows for more realistic architecture. However, I think that I will eventually revert back to my classic 3-sided "shell" or "facade" architecture. This is because I have my layout in a (...) (24 years ago, 5-Feb-01, to lugnet.town)
