I have tons of elgo, but when  tried to build a house today I quickly
realised that I have tons of space windshields, minifigs, plates, 2*n
bricks, but no 1*n bricks, which I suppose is those you use to build a
house.

How do you get all the 1-stud wide bricks? Or do you use 2-stud wide bricks
as well?

Any help welcome!

(...) You buy the 1x* bricks in online Auctions. Recently I bought 400 1x1 red bricks for $4 because no one else was bidding on them. Some colors are easier to obtain cheaply. White, for example is usually in greater demand. Also, I avoid the brick (...) (25 years ago, 11-Nov-99, to lugnet.town)

Tobias: (...) I use 2*n bricks for houses quite often: (5 URLs) can also use plates: (URL) How do you get all the 1-stud wide bricks? Or do you use 2-stud wide bricks (...) I use everything I can get my hands on. I have a "sky-scraper" that uses a (...) (25 years ago, 12-Nov-99, to lugnet.town)
