  Re: Five more vehicles

(...) Hi Pierre, Great vehicles, as usual. I really like the backhoe and the yellow tractor truck. The Element looks good too. I agree with everything said about the mudguards so far. I don't feel they fit well with any wheel that Lego produces. (...) (17 years ago, 18-Jun-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)

(...) I recently redid the building directions to reduce the number of steps and improve the use of rotation steps. I ran it through LPUB to get some practice building proper directions. I also put on a clear Creative Commons copyright notice in (...) (17 years ago, 18-Jun-07, to lugnet.town, lugnet.cad, FTX)

  My newest building.

Hello again, The other day I got my copy of the new Market Street set. Its a great set and Eric was able to design a great modular set up. After placing the building next to the Cafe Corner, I got inspired to build another building. Something that (...) (17 years ago, 17-Jun-07, to lugnet.town, FTX) !

  Re: Five more vehicles

(...) (snip) (...) Thank you guys! Tom, I had to search on Google for that Ford Interceptor to know what car you were talking about - so, no, it's not deliberate. :-) But I can see where you saw some resemblance in the look. Pierre (17 years ago, 17-Jun-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)

(...) I took a look at the Element and I sure enough agree... I just realised too that I called the parts 'window arches'... I guess that shows what I think they're for ;) --snip-- (...) Tim (17 years ago, 15-Jun-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: Five more vehicles

(...) I agree in general -- esp. w/r/t the official 4-wide cars -- but not with respect to Pierre's Element. The real thing has fairly pronounced circular wheel arches, and the arch piece more closely ties the model to the (not exactly handsome (...) (17 years ago, 15-Jun-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: Five more vehicles

(...) Hi Pierre, Nice work as usual. I do have a couple of crits which I wouldn't bother making if I didn't like your stuff so much :) I'm not very keen on the use of the new window arches on the four-wide cars. I think your similar earlier designs (...) (17 years ago, 15-Jun-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: Set #10190 Market Street pictures

(...) Just saw that this set is now available on U.S. S@H for $89.99. :-) Looks like I'll be placing a Lego order in the next few days. -Dave (17 years ago, 12-Jun-07, to lugnet.town)
