Toa come with 1 mask and 1 head.
Turuga come with 1 mask and 3 heads
Kanohi come with 2 masks and 1 head.
The solution is to buy a Turuga for every Kanohi you buy. That way, you have
enough heads available. Also, Lego makes a larger profit-that was the entire
point of shorting all 8525s by a single head.

| We were at Wal-mart yesterday looking through the bare Lego section and we came upon a phenomenon I've heard others talking about, dozens of opened and half to fully empty mask packs :(. I found one that escaped the slaughter and put it in the cart (...) (23 years ago, 2-Sep-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)
