Nice truck!
I'm not going to build that big crane. Just a small one.

Is there suspension on any wheels?
And It looks like you got steering on the wheels in both ends?

Is it hard to get the right steering angel on the last set of wheels? Is try
and fail the only way to find out what gear ratio it has to be between the
front and back steering?

If you check out Jen's Skip Truck
http://www.telepresence.strath.ac.uk/jen/lego/hooklift.htm, there's a good
explanation of the geometry involved.

However I tend to just go with approximating the ratios in proportion to the
distance from the fixed axle, (or centre between them if more than 1). This
isn't totally accurate, but since when has LEGO ever been totally accurate??
