I have an all yellow cylinder and pump from the 8044. I didn't know they
were 'special'. I guess all of the other new pneumatic cylinders have the
black caps. The old pneumatics had some wierd colour variations as well.
Most of the cylinders were red, but in 8851 they were all yellow.

(this post caught my attention because I have been fiddling a lot with
pnaumatics lately. I have been doing some interesting things by integrating
the old pneumatics components with the new. Will probably post ideas on my
site over the Christmas break)

| Hello All (...) regular (...) For as far as I know these elements are the same. Just the color at the top-side is black on newer sets. The first sets with these type of pneumatic all had yellow cylinders. After a few years (I do not know how many) (...) (23 years ago, 11-Dec-01, to lugnet.technic)
