Re: I think it's time for a motor grader! Future 8455?

(...) Indeed, while the stackable brick system sounds good for some cases, I think a greater degree of flexibility would be achieved by having the air supplied to each switch seperate hoses as in the current system. Certainly it may be desirable to (...) (25 years ago, 24-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: I think it's time for a motor grader! Future 8455? too much crane

(...) Innuendo noted :-) The funny thing is that I've never really "groked" graders, to use a phrase from a previous thread. It was only recently that I had any idea how they actually worked! I suspect this is probably because I've seen plenty of (...) (25 years ago, 24-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)

  LONG wires for your motor

I don't know if anyone else has come up with this, but here's a way to get really long wires cheap. I'm building a control box for 6 motors with regular switches, since the LEGO ones are too expensive IMHO. And since the control box won't be part of (...)   Re: LEGO on my mind

Erik Brok owns the site, and indeed it is wonderful. I can't wait for him to put some new stuff on. It's been a while since the last update..... Duq "David Arnon" <arnon@NOSPAMsilicon-value.com> wrote in message news:G7MJMt.5M@lugnet.com... (...) (...) (25 years ago, 23-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Technics Scale STAP.

(...) Wow, that's pretty sweet... Cool model. I think I agree with you there, it needs to be a bit taller. Battle Droids only crouch slightly on a STAP, they usually look like they're standing up. I'd say increase the height by about 3 maybe 4 (...) (25 years ago, 23-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.starwars)

  Technics Scale STAP.

Hey all, Just added some pics of my newest creation. (URL) not exactly color-coordinated right, but brown is hard to come by. Also, after looking at it, I think I'm gonna add a brick or to to the height, under the engines. -Kleric (25 years ago, 23-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.starwars)

  LEGO on my mind

If you are not familiar with the "LEGO on my mind" sight, I just re-visited it and I must say this is an amazing place - simply a 'must visit'. I especially like the 'thoughts' section: (URL) word there is worth reading. Does anyone know who owns (...) (25 years ago, 23-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)
