Oh, wow!! If that set is even half as good as it looks in the picture, that will be one set everyone will be scrambling to pick up!! James, I stand corrected!! I haven't investigated steam engines thoroughly, but I used to like taking rides in the old traction engines at shows when I was a kid. And back then I seemed to take a lot more in...... But I do remeber that the driver (...) (25 years ago, 28-Nov-00, to lugnet.technic)

Take a look at (URL). See the dog? Is it MIBO? If we can really build that dog out of the box, then RIS 2.0 might as well be the best Technic Universal set Lego has ever released. Look at the rotation sensor, the shock absorbers, and all those turn (...) (25 years ago, 27-Nov-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, lugnet.technic)

(...) Interesting subject. I have been trying to simulate a Valve Gear with technic elements and I can say that the Walcharts valve gear is difficult to model because of the curved expansion arm. Any ideas how to do this with Lego elements? BTW a (...) (25 years ago, 27-Nov-00, to lugnet.technic)
