Caterham 7 replica completed: Take a look at my finished creation! —Neil Everett
Hi all, I'm sure many of you have seen previous pictures of my Caterham replica, but it is now finished! The finishing touch to the model is the working windscreen wipers. In addition to these, the bodywork is now complete, and there are some seats (...) (24 years ago, 3-Nov-00, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) Excellent stuff, and the photos are great. The writing about the car was also useful to me as I previously had no idea what a Caterham 7 was. I also liked the very large zoomed in photos; I've always gone for smaller zooms because of the (...) (24 years ago, 3-Nov-00, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) I used a Sony EVI-D31 pan/tilt/zoom camera, commonly found rebadged on videoconferencing systems, to film the video.      (...) Very cool! I recognized what car it was right away! But it needs to be in BRG (British Racing Green) with a yellow nose cone and stripe. Yeah, I know, it's a Caterham but us Prisoner/Lotus fans only admit to one paint scheme. :-) Bruce (24 years ago, 3-Nov-00, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) in (...) scheme. (...) Good to hear you recognised the 7. I agree about the colour too (I know the BRG acronym well!), I did consider a white stripe on the blue, but decided it would probably end up looking messy. BRG bricks please, Lego?      What sets does one have to buy to have all the parts neccesarely to build this awesome model? It should be made as an official Lego technic / modelteam set . Really beautifull car. Koen (24 years ago, 3-Nov-00, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.loc.uk)
