It's about a year now since I got my 8448, my first Lego set of any kind
since the late eighties. I feel it has taken me all of this time to truly
get to grips with using the new parts that have come along in this period,
but I am of the opinion that they have only made things better. Simply
looking at the previous model on my site shows the huge leap made in the
design through the availability of the new parts.
