  Re: Roboriders Game

Hi Ray, No, 129 is what I counted. You've probably missed the green one in #8000, that's a talsiman wheel as well, although it's of course not listed anywhere. So, you're actually correct, it's only 128 of them to collect, but ... well. Bye, (...) (25 years ago, 26-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)

  My all-new Technic website

I've put up my first attempt at a website to show some of my models. Some of you may have seen one of my cars on Michael Edwards Technic-UK website. Well, that car is on the new site, in addition to lots of information about my current project, (...) (25 years ago, 23-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Got my first Robo-Rider.. my first impressions....

(...) Yeah, I was just at a Target and a Dust was already opened, it had Driller, Scout, and Dynamite. So it's random. (25 years ago, 23-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)

(...) Yes the bike is 8422, still unsure about the plane it has a black prop not grey. Michael Pratt (25 years ago, 22-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Another pneumatic compressor and pressure switch designs

(...) I've used two of the little pumps in conjunction with two Air Tanks. I takes 15-20 sec. to fill up the tanks and afterwards you can operate a pneumatic cylinder every 2.5 - 3 sec. for about 15 min. while the compressor is running coutinously. (...)   Re: Got my first Robo-Rider.. my first impressions....

(...) Since only wanted 2, I opted for Onyx & Power (they have the best merge). Power: Blade & Surge Onyx: Blast (missile launcher guy) and...Blast. So I'd say it's probably random and I got screwed. (25 years ago, 22-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Another pneumatic compressor and pressure switch designs

I've seen lots of designs but none have enough power, air-wise. I need pressure and volume! I made a good one once using two of the large spring loaded pumps. But that was using really old technic motors.... the mindstorms motors are much to weak to (...) (25 years ago, 22-Jun-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.robotics, lugnet.technic)

Transmission help(how to build, I have all the parts)

How do I build the transmission on the Supercar 1? I have all the parts but I don't know what to build just for the transmission and where the input & output axles are. (25 years ago, 21-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Set Identification

Michael, The first set you described sounds like it could be the 8422. I picked it up recently and it is a nice model with 300+ pieces. It is very similar to the blue 8417 motorbike. Keith Blumenthal (...) (25 years ago, 21-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)

  Set Identification

I acquired some technic models ready built at the weekend but there were no plans and I am having difficulty identifying them. One is a motorbike in mainly red similar to the 8838 but more sophisticated. It has two headlight discs with a bluey (...) (25 years ago, 21-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Stupid Throwbots question

Have a little confidence in yourself! I reacted the same way when I first noticed the partial instructions for the giant Throwbots, but once I started building them it was quite simple.
